At Voyabex, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, you may return your purchase for a refund or exchange within 30 days of receipt. Please note that some products may have specific return policies or restrictions, which will be clearly stated on the product page.

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

1. Contact our customer service team at jeff@vfss.co.za to request a return authorization number (RA#).
2. Pack the item securely in the original package, if possible, and include all original paperwork and accessories.
3. Write the RA# clearly on the outside of the package.
4. Ship the package to the address provided by our customer service team.

Please note the following:

• Shipping charges are not refundable, unless the item is defective or the wrong item was shipped.
• We recommend using a traceable shipping method and insuring the package, as we are not responsible for lost or damaged returns.
• Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment within 7-10 business days of receipt of the return.

Exchanges

If you would like to exchange an item for a different size, color, or style, please follow the return instructions above and place a new order for the desired item.

Defective or Damaged Items

If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact our customer service team immediately at jeff@vfss.co.za. We will arrange for a replacement or refund, depending on your preference.

Cancellations

If you need to cancel an order, please contact our customer service team as soon as possible at jeff@vfss.co.za. We will make every effort to accommodate your request, but please note that orders may be shipped quickly and cancellation may not be possible.
